ENTERPRISE'S TECHNICAL ABILITY AND THE CHOICE OF INNOVATION APPROACH

Enterprise's innovation approach is determined by the enterprise's technical ability, but the enterprise's technical ability is a comprehensive concept, which is mainly determined by the quality of enterprise's internal essential factors. In other words, the quality of enterprise's factors determines the enterprise's technical ability, further determines the enterprise's innovation approach. The conclusion of this treatise is: When the enterprise's technical ability is low. It causes the technical innovation of enterprise should be based on the enterprise's actual situation and enhancing enterprise's core competitiveness by adopting the cooperative innovation approach; When the enterprise's technical ability rises to a certain degree, which determines that the enterprise should change the enterprise technology innovation approach, and chooses the independent innovation to enhance enterprise’s core competitiveness. Based on China's actual situation, we have to construct the national independent innovation ability by the combination of cooperative innovation and independent innovation.
