The Design of Second Order Current-Mode Filter Based on Single CCII

摘要

In this paper a second order filter circuit realized by single CCII is advanced ,it is provided with low-pass, band-pass and high-pass current-mode, In this circuit, numbers of components used is fewer, the structure is simple, the integration is convenient, and the sensitivity is low. It is of great value in applications.
