摘要

China Suffered earthquake misery worst in her history all over the world, and seismically in China is still in active period. When strong earthquake bursts, the staff with advanced communication, computer and camera equipment should arrive at earthquake damage spot first, keep contacting with the command center anytime, anywhere and feed back dynamic image, data and results in the damage spot. This is useful in earthquake disaster reduction. PAL/NTSC mode is supported in the system, PSTN is its chief channel, Inmarsat and GSM are its auxiliary channels, text can be uploaded and downloaded. By PPP real time communication, therefore damage spot emergency response need can be met fully. The system has been checked and accepted by expert group successfully, and it is the first spot emergency integrated system used in Seismological bureau of each province in China.
