摘要

E-service is regarded as a key factor to successful e-commerce by many researchers and enterprisers. Therefore, understanding the relationship and function between e-service and e-commerce becomes very important. This paper evaluates the concept of e-service and illuminates the relationship among e-service, self-service and traditional service. After studying the definitions and characteristics of e-service and e-commerce, we set out a relationship model to illustrate their mutual relationship.
