Organization commitment represents the commitment of the members' to their organization. The commitment quality depends on the extent that an organization fulfills its responsibilities to the members. This paper discusses the connotation of organizational commitment, analyzes the motivation factors to knowledge worker, and concludes motivation methods to knowledge worker based on organizational commitment.
