摘要

In a logistics system, the logistics center is the connection between the preceding and the following. Once a center is decided, it will run for a long time. The center has not only a direct connection with freight but also a big influence upon working efficiency and development of logistics. So location is very important to improve the benefit of logistics system. Under electronic commerce, logistics distribution centers location involves many factors. It is a complicated systems engineering problem. It is difficult to consider all the factors during the course of establishing the logistics distribution center location model. It is also difficult to quantify the restricting condition in the model. Therefore, it is necessary to ask for the experts' opinions and advice and make some qualitative decisions. On the basis of this hypothesis, the paper proposes the method combining quantitative with quantitative fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make certain the logistics distribution center location project under electronic commerce condition. The aim of confirming the project is easy to make decisions. Therefore, the paper adopts the harmonious analysis method to scientifically make decisions on optimization location project under electronic commerce condition according to the result of quantitative and quantitative analyzing.
