PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide commodity information for a user.;SOLUTION: Commodities registered in an EC data section 230 are advertised using an electronic mail magazine to a user registered in electronic transaction with a plurality of virtual stores registered therewith, the state of access to an EC site by the user referring to the electronic mail magazine is analyzed with reference to an access log analysis unit 261, based on analysis information resulting from the analysis, a plurality of the electronic mail magazines with contents changed are resent to a non-responding user, when the user does not respond to the mail magazine a predetermined number of times, different commodities are retrieved from an inter-store commodity related information table 267 in accordance with user preference, and the retrieved different commodities are introduced to the user by using the mail magazine; and the commodities of the multiple virtual stores registered in an EC site system 200 are introduced to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
