The Implementation of Traceability System in China

摘要

Since the first case of mad cow disease appeared in UK, a lot of countries in the world established the traceability system to secure the food safety. China also began to establish the traceability system to protect consumer's rights, while compared with the developed countries, the establishment of the traceability system is just underway. The paper analyzed the problems existed in the implementation of the traceability system in china and provided some solutions to the problems.
