The Support Ability of Government Websites to G2B E-Government

摘要

This paper discusses the support capability of government websites to Government to Business ( G2B) E-Government. This paper, based on the main forms of G2B, puts forward an evaluation system, which includes four first-class indexes,. The four indexes are divided into 30 second and third-class indexes. According to the evaluation system, 20 samples from American state and Chinese provincial government websites are evaluated and compared. Also, this paper proposes that the support capability of the government websites can be divided into four developing periods. The different developing periods of the two group samples are compared and suggestions according to the deficiencies of Chinese government websites are presented.
