摘要

Strain P-1 was isolated from water of masculinizing pond of Nile tilapia fry. The strain P-1 related closely to Nocardioides that is in the genus of Nocardioidaceae. The MT degradation of strain P-1 obeyed the first order reaction with the degradation rate constant of 0.011 hr~(-1). Unknown metabolite was found and small amount of the metabolite remained until the end of experiment.
