Work study is the classic content of Industry Engineering. And the optimum technology is one of important means to going on work study. In this paper, a work study to two-dimensional optimum cutting stock is analyzed by applying some principles of Industry Engineering. And the problems about the mathematical models for two-dimensional optimum cutting stock are solved by applying the optimum technology.
