In this paper, a framework for end-to-end QoS provisioning to the mobile Internet users, is discussed. In order to meet requirements of mobile user's real-time applications, a new protocol for QoS provisioning is proposed. The proposed protocol is based on an existing flow transparency Mobile IP and RSVP interworking scheme and can be considered as its complimentary for meshed access network topologies. Performances of the protocol are evaluated in terms of the RSVP signalling delay and the maximum allowed delay for QoS provisioning.
