摘要

High environmental temperature is benitifial to the growth and protein synthesis of white-rot fungi L1. When environmental temperature is 38 deg C , the specific activity of cellulase is as high as 23.4 IU/mg protein. when cultivated for 93 h, its cellulase activity is 33 IU/g dry medium. The optimal temperature for the formation of xylanase is 32 deg C . Under this temperature, the specific activity is 92 IU/mg protein. When cultivated for 67 h, its xylanase activity is 126 IU per g dry medium. Experimental results show that the environmental temperature has a regulation effect on the formation of intracellular enzyme of white-rot fungi L1.
