Two enzyme fermentation kinetics of thermophilic bacillus sp.JF

We previously reported a thermophilic aerobilc bacillus sp.JF strain isolated from Chinese Traditional Koji (Daqu in Chinese) (1). The Bacillus sp.JF strain was a new species of Bacillus geneus, and produced thermostable #alpha# -maylase and #alpha# -galactosidase, and gfew at 55 to 68 deg C (1, 2, 3, 4). In the #alpha# -amylase, the temperature of higher enzyme activity was 85 to 95 deg C , the molecular wight was 110,000, the enzyme protein had 41
