摘要

The theoretical formulation of dynamic stress-intensity factor K_Ⅱ(t) in Laplace space of orthogonal anisotropic plate with crack is derived. The solution φ_Ⅱ~*(ξ, p) of the second kind of Fredholm integral equation in K_Ⅱ(t) is obtained based on B spline. By the use of Laguerre's polynomials which is an orthogonal function with weight of e~(-t) and Laplace inverse transform the final solution of K_Ⅱ(t) can then be obtained. The curves of K_Ⅱ vs t and K_Ⅱ vs r are given respectively.
