摘要

This paper proposes a method based on statistical analysis to analyze the influence of phase shifter errors on microwave power transmission (MPT) efficiency of planar phased array antenna. Through probability theory, the effect of phase shifter errors on the average beam collection efficiency (BCE) with arbitrary shape is derived, which exactly illustrates how the phase shifter errors affect the average beam collection efficiency. Representative examples are reported and discussed to verify the obtained influence relationship.
