The three dimensional printing (3DP) process is among RP process technology that can fabricate three dimension construction of solid freeform using ink jet printing technology. As this technology uses multi nozzle, high speed fabrication is available and equipment price is inexpensive advantage. But, after manufacture is completed, curing time of died of jetted binder need at a minimum as fabrication time. And because three dimensional objects which hardening is completed are very weak, it must do post-processing process necessarily to heighten strength of objects. The post-processing is a work that paint a high-strength adhesive on the surface of objects to heighten strength of three dimensional objects after proper curing time passes. Through these work, a three dimensional object is completed lastly. The 3DP process technology can not say that is high speed if compare the total fabrication time including dry time and post-processing time with other process. Therefore, in this research, we developed a SFF (solid freeform fabrication) system to analyze 3DP process technology. And we analyzed a various process variables and characteristics of objects through manufacture condition and method change. And we proposed a novel 3DP process that can solve problems of 3DP process technology. The general 3DP process is method to spout binder simply through printer head on powder, but proposed process is method to cure jetted UV resin by UV lamp after jet UV resin using printer head on powder. The hardening of resin is achieved strongly at early time by UV lamp in proposed method. Therefore, is process that can fabricate three dimensional objects with high speed without any post-processing.
