Invade Risks of Exotic Pests and Prevent Measures through Plant Quarantine in China

摘要

The invade risk of exotic pests to Chinese agricultural production was analyzed in this paper with the figures of rejected exotic pests by entry inspection and the articles reported on exotic pest establishment. Based on the experience of abroad and our quarantine practice, Chinese inspection and quarantine units in recent years have adopted several efficient quarantine prevent measures both in abroad and domestic to prevent and avoid pest invasion. It does not interfere the normal trade of agricultural products. By contrary, it strengthened the filter function to exotic pests and reduced the risk caused by the exotic pests.
