Only when consumers feel it is as easy and convenient as a gasoline scooter, do electric scooters will be accepted by hundreds of thousands of people. To set up honeytomb-like network battery charging and swap stations will reach this goal. The plan, resulted from Shanghai local condition, will help electric scooters to replace 400,000 gasoline scooters within 4 to 5 years according to Shanghai Municipal Government plan.rnThis article introduced the honeytomb-like network battery charging and swap stations. We will set up 15 charging centers and 100 swap stations within 3 years in three phrases, thus forming a network -there is a swap station within 5 square kilometers. The first phrase, one charging center and 15 swap station has been completed for four months. It proves successful.
