A New PWM Method for Electric Bicycles Driven by AC Motors

摘要

In this paper a new simple PWM method for drive system by AC motors is proposed. The newly developed method is based on theory of direct self-control and derived from DTC structure. Experiments show that the new method is more simple and better than normal space vector PWM method. Less harmonic current and smooth wide speed control characteristics are available. It is effective and promising for electric bicycles driven by AC motor.
