摘要

In this paper, transient application of a hybrid finite element - normal mode expansion technique has been presented. This method has been demonstrated to be able to predict the displacements caused by a homogeneous pressure as a function of time. Besides, it has proved to be faster and more convenient than a purely numerical solution such as a fully finite element computation. In particular, it allows identification and estimation of the contribution of each mode in the computed signal. Next step to this work is application and full experimental validation in the case of an arbitrary surface traction applied by an actual integrated transducer.
