Accurate timing modeling and design-kit development for a sub-micron cmos technology

摘要

The paper describes some concepts on timing modeling and the way it has been used for porting a complete digital library from silicon input data to a commercial CAD tool simulation data. This task of porting libraries into CAD tools is one of the expertise field of CMP. Academia, research and industry are taking benefit from those software developments for circuit design and training.
