Rheological Behaviour of a Binder System and an Inconel Feedstock for PIM and Identification of a Constitutive Model

An Inconel based feedstock for manufacturing the super alloy components by powder injectionmoulding is introduced. The relationship between the rheological properties and the different parameters ofthe feedstock is investigated, based on a prescribed model. The method to determine the parameters ofrheological model for powder injection moulding is presented, including the important thermal effect.
