摘要

Measurement and Monte-Carlo simulations of THz photoconductivity spectra in nanocrys talline films revealed a strong coupling between adjacent nanocrystals. Investigation of ultrafast dynamics shows that the coupling is stronger for electrons with high excess energy and it weakens as the electrons relax to the bottom of the conduction band.
