Mathematical modelling of composite materials properties: specific electric resistance, apparent density, bending strength and hardness by using optimum central composition plan multifactors in which there is a method for planning of experiments, based on a simultaneous effect of all variable factors: copper, binder, compaction pressure and sintering temperature on composite properties within each experimental point. The material inspected was compacted and sintered, after mixing and blending, in the protective DA atmosphere. Dimensional changes were also performed and discussed. The results have shown that, based upon the mathematical models of composite materials properties, it is possible to predict the final properties within the field, which is defined by lower and upper intervals as well as to optimise the properties of the composites copper1 graphite.
