摘要

For hot pressed P/M diamond tools, cobalt replacement has become one of the important measures. In this study some low-cobalt commercial powders were studied. The mixtures were sintered using digital dilatometer. The thermal effects of powders were analysed using STA. The optimal process parameters for sintering of these powders are possible to be evaluated. A correlation between dilatometry, STA and segments properties is discussed.
