摘要

The construction of the Ervenice corridor from uncompacted clayey material with average height 130 m is described in this paper. Because the new motorway, railway and river Bilina were situated on the crown of this spoil heap, problems of stability and settlement are described in more details. Special problems of double porosity and the change of character of clayey clods are discussed as well.
