The paper presents a model that is capable of simulating the complex stress-strain-temperature behavior of filled rubbers. The structure of the model is such that it reflects the known microscopic properties of the polymeric matrix as well as the interacting with filler particles. In particular, the basic element of the model is capable of assuming different configurations that duplicate small volume elements of the rubber body being in various constraint equilibriums. The phase transformations occurring between these constraint equilibriums in filled rubbers are mathematically described by evolution equations for the phase fractions, and the temperature of the model is governed by the energy equation.
