摘要

Hydroxyapatite is a main inorganic component of our bone and has good bioaffinity. When the pH of simulated body fluid (SBF) [1] whose ion concentration is nearly equal to those of human blood pfasma is raised, fine particles of calcium phosphate are precipitated. We found that this fine particle is very active for forming hydroxyapatite from SBF and named this fine particle Apatite Nucleus (AN) [2].
