摘要

Collagen is ubiquitous in connective tissues and is the most abundant protein in mammals. It gives structure, consistency and resistance to soft tissues. Since many of these tissues are anatomically composed of tubes, mimicking these tubular structures is needed to both develop in vitro models for study in bioreactors and possible grafts for regenerative medicine of complex tubular soft tissues.
