摘要

The principals of forming the database for greenhouse gas inventory in Ukraine and information technologies for interpretation of input data and inventory results are considered. Multilevel mathematical models for inventory (general, regional and for an elementary plot), which are based on the IPCC methodologies, are proposed. Geoinformation approach to greenhouse gas inventory is presented, and the structure of the geoinformation system "GHG" and functions of main components of the system are described. A mechanism of creation of thematic maps of greenhouse gases in MapInfo format in the greenhouse gas inventory system directly is developed. The mechanism is illustrated on the example from Energy sector.
