Study on Soil Improvement by Greening Trees in Coal Mine Reclamation Area

摘要

In this paper, using different afforesting tree species to improve physical and chemical soil properties and soil fertility, in combination with physical and chemical properties, fertility of soil, growing of green trees, and the improvement of the root zone soil in Huainan reclamation area, we have resulted that poplar, Prunus cerasifera, Primus persica, Osmnlhus fragrans and Cedrus deodara grow well in the reclamation area, and their foliages are lush. Moreover, because of well-developed root systems, soil improvement is more obvious, and their contribution is big. We could consider them as the advantageous tree species in the reclamation area.
