Reduction of coal sulphur content by microbiological method

The sulphur contained in raw coal is undesirable component in coal preparation process. Reduction of sulphur contained in coal by microbiological method is discussed in this paper. It is shown that using bioculture during the period of a biotreatment of crushed coal allows to reduce the sulphur content of coal to the level of 40-42
