Man (including woman) has used the natural recourses and exploited them beyond limits and the natural performances are showing up its bad effects in the form of pollution in various forms. He is using his scientific knowledge, engineering skills and Technological methods for his sustainable development and sustainable life style. This paper deals with human beings as a natural resource and their interactions with the present day developments throughout the world. The God made and Man made systems are compared. Friction as God is shown. P. Q. I. is highlighted. Classification of Human Recourse is shown. The impact of development of human societies on ecologies and Biodiversities are also indicated.
