Secondly, it analyzes the change of external environment and internal environment that the Small and Medium-sized Real Estate Companies are faced with. Thirdly, it analyzes the current situation that the Small and Medium-sized Real Estate Companies have trouble in, such as the soft market, the lack of funds. Finally, it gives the suggestions for the small and mediumsized real estate companies on how to resolve the development problem under the Macro-control of Real Estate Industry, including the turnout of operating strategy, the promotion of marketing and the enhance of capital-chain.
