THE CRITERIA OF RELIABILITY TESTS OF ZnO VARISTORS AND MEASUREMENTS OF ITS PARAMETERS

Althougn ZnO varistor is a mature component,there are still some aspects that need to be perfected. In this paper we deal with two problems tone is the criteria of reliability test of varistors under continuous voltage stress and high temperature stress,the another is how the nature of ZnO varistor,especially its time response characteristic,affects the measurements of its parameters and the design of related test sets.
