Abstract: Software generated gratings, which have the ability to be readily manipulated, are used for measurement applications. To be adapted to a particular measurement involves appropriate displays to be used. The use of these computer gratings on different displays are demonstrated for topographic contouring, slope and curvature measurement in static as well as dynamic applications.!10
