The electromagnetic field calculation of the switched reluctance motor

摘要

The paper presents the performance of the switched reluctance motor. The calculation of the magnetic field and electromagnetic torque were performed using the FEMM program, based on the finite element method. The calculation results are in good agreement with experimented data obtained on the prototype motor. The presented calculations enables to determine the output electromechanical parameters of the motor already being in the stage of the design.
