摘要

With the improvement of the requirement for electric power quality, the measurement of voltage flicker is more and more important. This paper briefly introduces its defination and measurement methods firstly, and then mostly analyses the MATLAB simulation and DSP realization of TMS320VC33 as for digital filter method. The result indicates that this method is exactive for the flicker measurement resulted by periodic sine wave fluctuation.
