ROTATING AND OSCILLATING HEAD LASER SCANNING DEVICES

摘要

The paper presents an overview of the results obtained by the autors in the field of the laser scanning devices with rotating head (monogon or polygon). A mathematical analysis is performed in order to fulfill the '"designing calculus of the polygonal mirror scanning devices. The galvanometric head solution is also considered, both in a 1D and in a 2D scanning system.
