This paper investigates the vibration of a simplified dynamic model of the International Space Station (ISS) produced by a Mobile Remote Manipulator System (MRMS) with payload, traversing the main truss with a bang-bang accelerate/decelerate motion. Three cases are studied involving (a) traversing along a single truss, (b) emergency braking, (c) a rotational slew of the MRMS through 90° at a fixed position on the main truss.
