The software package for contour and DEM: V-CD

摘要

V-C&D is a tool that can be used to build up Digital Elevation Mode (DEM), which was developed by Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping and Wuhan Super High Tech. Corp. It has been applied as a developing platform to set up National 1:10000 DEM Library by ShanXi Surveying and Mapping Bureau and ShiChan Surveying and Mapping Bureau and so forth. This paper presents its primary function, design principles and its basic job flow for developing a DEM.
