摘要

In order to explore the relation between building seismic damage and SAR change, texture character of SAR is combined with intensity change. Taking Dujiangyanarea as an experiment, according to the in-situ investigation result, building samples of different damage degree are selected evenly from the test area, to build the discriminate function, then to determine the damage degree of every building. It comes out that he discriminantfunction is effective in earthquake damage assessment.
