摘要

One of the most important aspects of the turbine technology is the use of coatings on rotating blades to reduce hot corrosion problems and on combustion chamber of increase gas temperature. To obtain a fast methodology to test thermal shock/fatigue resistance of coatings a new laser thermal shock system was devloped in CISE-ENEL and, at the same time, a numerical simulation of the cycling has been carried out. The aim of the activity is to make a residual lfie evaluation for a two layers material, by means of the calulation of thermomechanical fatigue damage.
