Amphotericin B Parenteral Emulsion: Physical Characterization and chemical stabilityat Various Temperatures

摘要

Amphotericin B was incorporated in theparenteral o/w emulsion Lipofundin MCT 10% byhigh pressure homogenization and characterizedregarding particle size, zeta potential andamphotericin B content before and after autoclavingover a period of 3 months. Further the chmecialstability at 60°, 80°, 100° and 120 ℃ was studied.
