Rheological and Release Characteristics of Diclofenac Aqueous GelsIncorporating Magnesium Aluminum Silicate

摘要

The incorporation of magnesium aluminum silicateinto diclofenac gels prepared from hydrophilic polymers,poloxamer 407, sodium alginate and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, could increase the viscosity and extendthe release of drug from the gels. Moreover, the rheologyof the gels was also affected.
