摘要

This paper has calculated the unit rotor's temperature and thermal stress field on different operation condition by nine-node-finite-element programs according to the operation data of peak regulating unit. Based on the results of calculation, the extent of thermal stress concentration on the dangerous section and maximum stress position are found precisely. They provide the theoretical basis of calculating rotor's low fatigue life loss and thermal stress on-line monitoring. Then the results are applied for correcting one dimension thermal stress simplified formula. In the paper, the allowable stress is determined and the mathematical model is established for rotor on-line monitoring. At last, the author develops the rotor stress monitoring software based on Windows 95/98 operating system. So this monitoring system will provide the theoretical basis of unit's operation optimization and rotor's life management, and also supervise onsite operation.
