摘要

The purpose of this paper is to build an effective mode for the dispatchingrnand routing of emergency vehicles during disaster response. In this paper wernconsider the conditions of an earthquake disaster, for example, there are a largernnumber of injuries which require medical treatment. The given conditions, includingrnthe injuries, casualties, roads, and traffic conditions, were utilized to dispatch andrnroute emergency vehicles to the injured persons and then delivery them to thernappropriate treatment center. In this paper, a real-time scheduling of thernmathematical programming model is built for emergency vehicles to quickly select arnreasonable route to save injured persons, and we utilize a case study to evaluate thernperformance of the proposed methodology. This is a highly effective mode forrnimproving the emergency response capacity of the vehicle, improving rescue timernand providing a theoretical basis and technical support for emergency rescue work.
