PROFESSION-ORIENTED PERSONNEL TRAINING MODEL

Personnel training is the major task of university education. With the progress of the society and productivity i new requirements for talents are put forward. Nowadays, college students bear great pressure of employment. Thus, it is of great importance for the universities to strengthen teaching reform and be oriented by profession to cultivate the practical talents. The article illustrates that in university education we should renew teaching ideas, reform personnel training model and cultivate versatile practical talents to meet the needs of the present society in the following three aspects: design and construction of personnel training programs, development and implementation of comprehensive training and acquirement of occupation qualifications and profession education.
