IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING BY MEANS OF INNOVATION MOTIVATION

摘要

The kernel of modern industrial training facing to 21st century should be innovation education. Colleges and universities in engineering are just about the cradle of training innovation spirit and persons with ability, so the training of innovation consciousness and means should be applied to every kind of course lectured in these schools. By means of the author's teaching experience since many years and the new training manner of innovation assignment being adopted, the means to improve the students' learning interesting and the quality of industrial training in the process of teaching the courses of "technology of metals" and "engineering material forming supporting technology" is discussed in this paper.
